Peewee A1 Wins South Delta Winter Classic Showcase Tournament Gold

The Richmond Jets PWA1 team cruised to a 5-0 record and captured the South Delta Winter Showcase Tournament Gold Medal. The Jets beat Tri Cities 8-2, South Okanagan 9-5, and host South Delta 3-2 in round robin play. In the semi-finals the team was able to beat BWC A3 9-2 before beating Ridge Meadows in the final 4-2 for the gold medal.

The team is made up as follows:

Defence – Josh Mantel, Josh Deamer, Nick Kovich, Jacob Broderick, Ryan Kump (A), Evan Markel (C)
Goalies – Dylan Karan, Sahil Aulakh

The team is coached by Steve Robinson, Gary Dhaliwal, Riley Storey, and Jordan Dobres.
