Richmond Jets are United Against Bullying

Our 2021/22 Pink T-Shirt was a great success.

Last year the Richmond Jets program was a great success. Our teams and sponsors helped raise $3420 for the Kids Help Phone.

We are back for  2022/23, but we need your help!

This year we are looking forward to having another great Pink T-Shirt campaign, and we look forward to continuing our support for the Kids Help Phone. You can help by getting your team to participate in this amazing program.

How you can help

Every great cause needs champions. So, stand together and show your support on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, for Pink T-Shirt Day with a custom Richmond Jets design.

Order a pink t-shirt via your team manager for you and each of your family members to wear during this national day of awareness in support of anti-bullying programs. The cost is only $12 per shirt, and net proceeds will be donated to the Kids Help Phone.

All Pink T-Shirt Orders should be placed with your Team Manager

Team Managers, please help us by

  1. Sharing this page with your team
  2. Gather your team order and sizes. You can use this printable form to help you out.
  3. Place your team order online no later than Sunday, January 29, 2023
  4. Submit your payment via a team cheque made out to "Richmond Jets Minor Hockey Association" and drop it off in one of our mailboxes at RIC or Minoru, or make an etransfer to treasurer@richmondjetsmha.com

Help bring awareness
Getting involved is easy. Wear your pink shirt and raise awareness about bullying prevention and healthy relationships. Please take a photo and share it on social media with the #UnitedAgainstBullying, #Pinktshirtday, and #RichmondJets hashtags. You can also email your socially distanced team photos to communications@richmondjetsmha.com.

Tip
Many teams simply use team funds to pay for their pink t-shirts for their team and that helps to promote team participation and it keeps things easy for everyone.

We are looking for sponsors

We are looking for sponsors to help pay for the shirts (any remaining funds will be donated to the Kids Help Line). Sponsors will get their logos or names printed on the t-shirt, depending on the sponsorship level.

Sponsorships start at $1,000.00.

  • $1000.00 - Company name and logo displayed on the shirt (6 spots available)
  • $500.00 – Company name displayed on the back of the shirt (6 spots available)

If you would like to sponsor or have questions about sponsoring, please contact Mark Rustia at mark.rustia@richmondjetsmha.com. But hurry up because space is limited!

Speak Up. Stand Together Against Bullying.

• When someone is being bullied, in person or online, stand up for them so that they know that they don't deserve to be bullied.
• Don't encourage bullying by participating in bullying behaviour.
