Calling all aspiring young athletes! The Richmond Jets' one-day Learn to Play Hockey event is your ticket to discover the magic of hockey on the ice. With expert coaching and a fun-filled atmosphere, this event offers a unique opportunity for kids to take their first strides into the world of hockey and begin their journey toward becoming future stars.
Hockey is all about passion, teamwork, and unforgettable moments on the ice. We believe that hockey is for everyone, and we want to extend an open invitation to all your friends, family, and anyone curious about trying this incredible sport!
Join us on Sunday, August 11, at the Richmond Ice Center for our special Try Hockey and Try Goalie events. It's the perfect opportunity for newcomers to experience the joy of hockey and for goalie enthusiasts to test their skills between the pipes. Here are the event details:

*Registration is on a first come basis and all participants need to register in advance.
Our experienced coaches and dedicated volunteers will be there to guide and support everyone throughout the event. No prior hockey experience is necessary, and we'll provide all the necessary equipment—just bring your excitement and a smile!

Richmond Jets Minor Hockey Association
As one of the largest minor hockey associations in British Columbia, the Richmond Jets Minor Hockey Association offers an integrated (boys and girls) minor hockey program from Initiation to Juvenile. Featuring both recreational ("C") and competitive ("A") streams, our programs operate out of the three different facilities in the City of Richmond: Richmond Ice Centre (RIC), Minoru Arenas (Stadium and Silver Rinks), Richmond Oval (North and South rinks).
