Feedback For Referee In Chief
Submit Your Feedback – Help Us Grow Together
At the Richmond Jets, we are committed to fostering a positive and constructive environment for everyone involved in the game – including our dedicated on-ice officials. Just as your players are learning and growing, so too are our referees and linesmen. They are an integral part of the sport, working hard to ensure fair play and safety for all participants.
We understand that there may be times when you have concerns or feedback regarding the officiating. This is why we have created a streamlined Feedback Form, designed to hear your concerns while maintaining a supportive atmosphere for our officials.
Please Remember:
- The feedback form is only to be used by Coaches or Team Managers
- Our officials, like your players, are in a continuous learning process. They are developing their skills and judgment with every game.
- Only provide feedback on the overall officiating of a game and not specific referees or linesman
- We advocate an educational rather than punitive approach. Our goal is to nurture and develop officials who will serve the sport for many years.
- Your feedback is crucial, but we encourage you to approach this with understanding and a constructive mindset and focus on the officiating in general and not an individual official.
By submitting your feedback, you’re not just voicing a concern; you’re contributing to the growth and development of our officials. Together, let’s work towards creating a positive environment that encourages young officials to continue in their roles, grow in their abilities, and enjoy their participation in the sport.
Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible. Your insights are valuable to us, and we are committed to using them to enhance the quality and experience of ice hockey officiating.
Thank you for doing your part to support and encourage our future referees and linesmen. Together, we can make a significant difference in the world of ice sports.
