New to Hockey Requirements
There are a few steps that are required as part of your registration process and a few documents that we need to gather in order to set up your account. Thank you for your help in gathering this information.
-
STEP 1: Complete PCAHA form
Download and complete the Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association Player Registration Certificate.
-
STEP 2: Birth Certificate
Provide a copy of Birth Certificate.
-
STEP 3: Provide two (2) pieces of proof of residency
Players must play in the city/municipality/draw zone that they reside in. The primary piece of proof of residency must be a copy of your property tax assessment or lease agreement (all pages) and the secondary piece must be a utility bill such as BC Hydro, Fortis BC, or Cable. It must be the full invoice showing a service at an address and not just the mailing stub.
-
STEP 4: Drop off Registration Package
The registration package should be dropped off at our mailbox located at the Richmond Ice Centre (14140 Triangle Road), in the main lobby on the wall near the stairway to Stanley’s Bar & Grill or you can scan (cell phone photos not accepted) and email to: registrar@richmondjetsmha.com
If the player has a NON-Canadian birth certificate, please contact the registrar for more information.
Once we have ALL of your documents, our registrar will build you a profile in the Hockey Canada registry. You will then be notified and able to complete your Richmond Jets hockey registration online.
