Our Jets Fall 2025 Skills Program starting Sept. 30th is designed for dedicated Jets U9 to U15 players who want to become more than just an average player and to take their game to new heights. The Jets skating and skills development program is designed to improve your hockey skills, compete level and skating and edge work, in a FUN, fast paced and rewarding environment.
Under the direction of the Jets Director of Hockey Linden Saip and our experienced team of RJMHA skills and goalie coaches, the programs for U9 to U15 divisions will include U9/U11/U13 C and Rep Power Skating, U9 to U15 Scoring, Dekes and Dangles, U9/U11 D-Academy and U11/U13 Goalie Development.
Players will be placed in appropriate skill groups based on their division and skill level, in order to maximize the teaching efficiency and learning experience of each individual player.
Space will be limited, so book early to reserve your spot!!
**Please note that if a specific session is over-subscribed you will be placed on a waitlist and if a session is under-subscribed the association reserves the right to cancel the session at their discretion.

Looking to increase your Speed, Power and Edge control? Come join RJMHA skating coach Michelle Popoff in our Power-Skating Development Program that will focus on: Forward Stride/Edge Control, Backward Stride/Edge Control, Forward/Backwards Crossovers, Turns/Agility and Transition Skating. These skills will be put to the test in isolated skating sequences, drills and races/competitions.
COST - $495 per player: 11 SESSIONS (max 20 players per session)

Come join former WHL defenseman Matt Leduc at our Jets D-Academy! This program is designed to develop the “New-Era Defenseman” with a large focus on Offensive Tactics. This program will cover: Puck Retrievals, Breakouts, Working and Communicating with a D-partner, Offensive Zone Tactics (shooting, fakes, partner plays), Defensive Tactics (angling, positioning, escaping pressure).

Come join our Skills Team Coach Reegan House for our U9/U11 Scoring, Dekes & Dangles camp! This camp will focus on a series of stick-handling progressions, fakes, slips, drags, angle changes and scoring scenarios in different areas of the ice. If you are looking to be a scoring threat anywhere on the ice, this camp is for you!

As one of the largest minor hockey associations in British Columbia, the Richmond Jets Minor Hockey Association offers an integrated (boys and girls) minor hockey program from Initiation to Juvenile.
