Adam Blanchette
Director - Election
Adam Blanchette serves as the Vice-President of BP Media Inc., a fine art printer and manufacturing company based in Richmond, British Columbia.
In addition to his professional achievements, Adam is deeply passionate about fostering youth growth and development through sport. As a former professional athlete competing in muay thai and kick boxing, he grew up in the lower mainland, actively participating in a variety of sports.
Now residing in Richmond, Adam is a dedicated business owner and father of three. He enjoys coaching and watching his own children engage in sports, with his youngest son proudly playing for the Jets U7 team.
Adam currently holds the position of President of the Richmond Lacrosse Association and is thrilled to join the Jets board of directors for the 2024/2025 season, where he looks forward to contributing to the local hockey community.

Charmaine Schmaltz
Director - Election
Charmaine is a dedicated and passionate member of the Richmond Jets community, with a strong focus on promoting and developing the sport of hockey at all levels. Her 10+ years of experience in leadership, business improvement, and management systems equip her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that she is eager to bring to the board of directors.
Charmaine's commitment to community engagement and youth development is unwavering. Her primary objective is to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for young athletes to develop their love for hockey.
For the past two years, she has undertaken the head coach role with the U7 and U9 programs, giving her firsthand experience and valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by players, coaches, and administrators within the younger recreational divisions.
As a member of the board of directors, Charmaine is determined to contribute to the growth and success of the association by bringing a voice from the recreational side of hockey. She is eager to collaborate with fellow board members, coaches, parents, and players to ensure the Richmond Jets remains a vibrant and thriving organization for years.
Richmond Jets Minor Hockey Association
As one of the largest minor hockey associations in British Columbia, the Richmond Jets Minor Hockey Association offers an integrated (boys and girls) minor hockey program from Initiation to Juvenile. Featuring both recreational ("C") and competitive ("A") streams, our programs operate out of the three different facilities in the City of Richmond: Richmond Ice Centre (RIC), Minoru Arenas (Stadium and Silver Rinks), Richmond Oval (North and South rinks).
